B:Radiator   Huh
C:Heater MAtrix    Huh
DCheesyrive on damage by owner    Huh
E:Failure to check oil and water before journey    Huh

Hmmmm I reckon A or B to be honest.  
 
I would not have thought that C would have caused the problem you had, option D I would have thought you would notice sommat was up and stop, and as for option E I don't think you would spend all that time/money on the car then not check the basics!
 
Hows it going with the car? Do you have it back yet?

Cars ok just needs a scan I think the computer needs all fault codes cleared... Runs ok but slightly lumpy.
But then again I could be paranoid.
Yes it ws option A thermostat that caused all this nuts again for a second time.
As i was leaving the garage a golf polo came in and it had exactly the ame fault . that too turned out to be the thermostat..... Grin
