Hello
Has anybody got one of these
or know if they will actually fit the Scorpio, if so where do they plug in to? I have seen one similar fitted into the glove compartment of a BMW, is this the same I wounder 
It is being sold as an accessory for the Granada & Scorpio 85-98 along with other Fords, but I have been down this path before

I have one just like that and still in the box. I bought it a while ago but managed to get hold of the glovebox torch from a MKI Mondeo Ghia which is a lot nicer!
It apparently connects into the cigar lighter circuit and screws into the glovebox. It is not an official model specific accessory, rather a general one for any car. It doesn't fit in a predetermined place or anything.
I think Craig has one too

As you say it is a Ford universal accessory.
Shall keep my eyes open then for a Mondeo one then first.

I've got one in the glove box, and, as baz say's it connect's to the cigar lighter via scotch locks. Dosen't give of very much light, has a very small bulb 
I think there is a mondeo one on ebay at the moment though
