hi all, could any one tell me if pantha black was used on scorpio 98, as thats the colour on my vim plate , as when i look at the colour chart ours look more like ash black , this may give some one a clue that could help me in case the car hve been sprayed with something diffrent looking at the paint in the sun it hve a purple and silver fleck in it. dose pantha black hve this?

I've got a 'Mid Atlantic Blue' 1998 facelift scorpio and that isn't in the colour chart either

My '98 Ultima is Samakand Blue. However, when I visited the local Ford Dealer for some touch up paint Samakand Blue is now called Aquamarine Sorbet or something stupid like that.
The colours are basically just the same but are given new names to keep up with the times. If you pop along and se Mr Ford he'll tell you what you existing colour is now called.
