I get it all the time, that's why I put a line on my T&C page (which of course, nobody bothers to read) that if their question has been answered in the T&Cs or item description then I won't bother to answer it.
In fact, I'm tempted to set up a telephone number for queries - charge at £1.50/min!

I advertised a friends Volvo 940 last week. We put it at £50 start, no reserve, no tax or MOT, for spares or possible repair. Here's what somebody emailed me:

Now what part of 'spares or repair' don't they understand? Incidentally he put a max bid of £65 - doesn't want much eh!?
