bought it for spares, has the reclining rear seats fitted and was originally an import...  
 
Anyone have the appropriate software that can tell me any more about it??  
Like where it came from?  Grin

got as far as finding its a 2.9 scorpio....i gotta pay for more info Lips Sealed, but cant you get this info from dvla?

HL... any chance of a few photos of the rear seat install when you get to dismantle it? will be interested to see if it is an original job or like mine: a fit from a granada (most likely I imagine!)

I reckon you're aiming to have the Scottish monopoly of Scorpios.
 
There'll be no need to post on the Spotted Forum since if it's seen in Scotland it'll be you!!

Go through the motions of listing the car for sale on ebay.  You get to put in the reg no. and it comes back with all the DVLA details such as date of registration, number of owners, engine and transmission, etc.  Of course, don't actually complete the listing otherwise you'll get billed for it.
