I've got a 2003 Fazer 1000 from new, which is distinctly faster than a 2 litre scorpio.

I've toured with it to Southern Italy and also to Spain twice, so its got 24k miles on the clock, all of which were done without missing a beat.

Had loads but had to go due to the back problems Cry
The last was a cbr 1000
before that gpz 900
before that gsx1100et
Built a couple too
I put a suzuki dr800 motor in a rgv 250 frame, ohlins suspension etc now that was a fun machine.
( If I still had it we could of had a fun day on the twistys Highlander, it used to run rings round my mates blade until we got to the straight bits Grin
Also built a trike for a freinds wife using a renault 5 turbo motor with a bandit 12 front end and a one off chasis by yours truly Grin

I had been on the look out for a geared 125 recently, but along came an 6 month old gilera runner 125 4 stroke for £500 and i couldn't say no. Today i've just finished putting the new 210cc barrel and piston in. Not your usual pikey hairdryer scooter  Wink Grin As soon as i'm allowed over 33bhp i'll be wanting a ktm supermoto of some description (fun, and less chance of loosing me licence). Wouldn't mind the blade though if you decide to give it away  Wink

mazzy, you'd like my mates ktm, it was a spare bike in a race team that had lights, speedo and horn put on it to make it road legal, no engine balance shaft, no cush drive, no rear sub frame (so you cant take pillions), no de compressor, no ignition key. you have to build up the compression gently with the kick start then give it a hell of a kick. trouble is, with no de compressor if it doesnt fire up the kick back will send your leg over your head with unbelieveable force. but the thing is incredible to ride, the full racing promotive exhaust makes it louder than a ducati with a pair of termis, hit the revs right and it vibrates so much the cars become a blur and it will leave ANY sports bike in a puff of smoke from the line up to about 60 mph, in a sentence, its full on fun  Grin

haven,t got a new bike for year's now- still got honda 550f1, triumph thunderbird, TDM, yam 175, bantams 1x d14 2xd7, and the handy little monkey bike, oh and a cb72 honda, only a pillion behind hubby, never got to ride myself thanks to the pratts that smashed into us when we were 18 writing off our new SR500 busting up my leg among other things and leaving me riddled with arthritis, oh and the children coming along did'nt help things! would have loved to had a vmax though, hubby always manages to get along on the mayday run at farnborough- those were the days!!
