I feel quite humbled...never expected this amount of interest  Embarassed

Reserve's set at £1000, if it ends at a few quid under I'll probably let it go. The £1495 is wishful thinking as Bertie pointed out but nothing wrong with being hopeful Roll Eyes

I'm not going to guess until afterwards Wink

It's gotta be the first Scorp advert that I've ever seen that honestly tells you what the MPG is.

Usually it's..."yeah mate...30mpg+...that's what I get out of it"  Roll Eyes....that's what the guy that sold me my present Scorp said.
When I checked the dash, it read 22mpg...."sit in alot of traffic jams do you ?" Roll Eyes

Good luck Bruce  Smiley

P.S....the first Scorp I bought in 2001 was advertised as having built in Sat Nav (didn't know much about Scorps then).
When I turned up to view the car & asked the woman who was selling it how the Sat Nav worked she said..."Oh sorry...it doesn't have it...I was getting it confused with my new Merc"  Roll Eyes

Yeah, it bottomed out...I guessed it would. My high bidder has 7 feedbacks, one negative for you've guessed it...bricking it on a Vauxhall Vectra he won a couple of weeks back Angry. So mabye it's a good thing it didn't meet the reserve, bad feedback nearly always gets reciprocated Sad.

The thing that makes me laugh is some of the questions I got asked...I've also had a couple of emails asking me if I'm going to relist...if you want an item then bid while it's there, that's the way eBay works Roll Eyes.

For now it's staying but we'll see what happens. If it stays I'll get it SORN for a few months and do some work on it but even if it does go, it isn't the end of the story...I can't see me quitting the Scorpio scene altogether. If later in the year things change and I again begin to posess something called money, I'll need some good looking creature to stop my wallet from bursting Wink

Thanks all for the comments/support Smiley
