POSSIBLY THE MOST EXPENSIVE SCORPIO EVER

Hi Guys have you ever tried typing the words 'FORD SCORPIO' into your search engine and looking past the link to this site ? I did, and on page 73 of 74 (HOW SAD AM I ?) found what has to be the most expensive Scorpio in the world. I kid you not................if you check out this web page, http://kent.adzooks.co.uk/for-sale/motors/ford-scorpio-2-litre94-402851. html you will find a Scorpio for sale at.......................wait for it, £79,507895. Now, for this sort of money you'd think you could buy a small to medium country but no, you only get the following, but it does have 12 months MOT ? and service history. ********************************************* FORD SCORPIO 2 LITRE94 reg, 1 years MOT, service history, low mileage, 4 new tyres, air con, tow bar, leather, alloys, cd, 1st to see will buy.£79507895 ********************************************* I know this is obviously a typo and appologise to him/her if they are a forum member but it did get me thinking, has anyone seen an advert for a more expensive car that this one maybe a second hand NASA Moon Buggy with only half a million miles or so on the clock and one careful owner, never raced, rallied or taken off road (well maybe only the once) Or was it just a film set in a US studio No No, don't get me started on that one PLEASE ! Cheers Dean

If you built one from scratch and bought all the bits from madmadscorpioman it would cost more than that

madmadscorpioman used to be expensive but all the stuff iv bought off him were delivered next day, and he accepted my offers which were nearly half the buy it now price, so was good value. steve saville is just in la la land went round to buy a gearbox of him and he was complaining that a cossie aircon pump he had up for £100 wasnt selling, so its up for £145 now! i bought a spare one yesterday off ebay for 99p! PMSL @ TiberiuS. I agree Mazzy about Jack, always very fair with me, quick delivery and open to offers. Steve is just plain greedy in my eyes. I have to admit to deliberately bidding against him on some cars to ensure he has to pay more for them!! Not been burnt yet! Paul Edited to sort out my spelling!

I've made offers to Jack in the past that were half what he wanted & had them accepted.... ......but whatever you do....don't buy one of his 2.0/2.3 fuel rail pressure regulators....he cuts the return pipe off.......which makes them useless Regarding Steve Saville....I bought an alternator from him a couple of months back (£35, but I was desperate). Unfortunately it only lasted about 2 hours before it burned out. I took it back & he gave me another one & asked me if there was anything else I needed. I said "yeah, I need a new expansion tank, as mine is cracked underneath & leaking" He pulled one off the shelf & gave it to me FOC for the trouble.
