WHY are the Scorpio's so cheap in England In Romania a Ghia Scorpio with an average of 100 k miles costs about 6000 euros meaning at least 4k pounds . Must say also i never even heard of an existing ultima ! Even a non-ghia is about 3k pounds PS: and the quality ...i bet you don't buy it with worn seats, worn steering wheel, all the bushes shot...etc PS2 : and forgot to mention, the Romanian govern applied a law in contradiction with the Europe laws, so if you bring a car from another country you have to pay a "first subscribing tax", an average value for a 2.3 Scorpio would be around 3.5K pounds !!! and a 2.9 will cost 4.7k pounds !!! Incredible isn't it ! @

That starting bid price is mad and the one on the screen he's trying to sell it at is dillusional!! Some people really haven't got a clue have they. Might offer £500 to take it off his hands! Paul

No, I meant that as a start price 2 grand was way too high. A more sensible £500 start price might have attracted a few offers. The secret of E-Bay is not to overprice your items.
