just been watching the local itv news (htv west),now this was the top story (must be somewhere on the net,but haven't got the time to look),anyway here we go. a mercedes van driver filled his diesel van with diesel from tesco's in gloucester in 2003,the fuel was contaminated and caused £3,000 worth of damage, tesco denied responsibility so the driver took tesco to court,in december 2006 the case was heard, and the judge ruled in favour of the driver, tesco were ordered to pay £3,500 in compensation, yesterday tesco still had not paid up,so the the man called in the baliffs, today the baliffs visited the tesco store nearest to the court and seized £60,000 worth of alcohol,no suprises to hear that tesco contacted the man personally, promised the cheque would go out to him tonight, and apollogised profusely ........ tesco denied that the media involvement had prompted this "statement" and the alcohol was returned to them..... fair play to that man....

| Been there and done that. its not good. I gave it six months and jacked it in before I had a break down. The commercial stuff wasn't so bad but the private stuff did my head in. Perhaps its just the type of person I am but talk about sleapless nights.
