Passat & CD Changer

My bro has a Passat R-reg, with the original head unit that says cd changer compatible on it. i have a spare cd changer from my scrapper scorpio. so, i guess we need a conversion block and a drill 
anyone know a good place to ask about getting a suitable convertor?
