every day i see wagon drivers using the mike on c.bs. its sometimes a brown trouser job when the driver is steering a 30 ton plus timber wagon with his elbows coming towards me ,i,m not sure if it,s legal or not,does any one know?

It's quite legal to use two way radios. When the new mobile phone laws came in, CBs were made an exception to the law because so many people (taxis etc) use them.

he can always be done for driving without due care and attention, the problem being a copper needs to witness it happen....
