OK you need to " host " the picture on an internet site like photobucket or similar and then link to it by using the address its at which with photobucket is given at the side.
You them put that address in between  amd the picture will appear on the post.
When you do post pictures will you PLEASE make sure that they are no BIGGER than 640x480 pixels in size .
