hi it would be lovely to have a section for projects people have got as work in progress, such as cars and bikes which, i am sure others would be intrested in, i am like another member working on a mini for my son, if you think getting parts for scorpios is hard try getting doors for a 1990 mini. even scrap yards have less minis than scorpios, mind you the knuckles are suffering today now why did i stop driving minis Cheesy

In the 80's I worked for Howley racing in Warrington. We used to race prepare all the minis and later metros for the likes of datapost and everest double glazing...

Steve Soper was one of the drivers back then!

I used to have a 1460 racing mini and a garage full of spares; long since gone though now.

Spares used to be so easy to get with masses of them in scrapyards. Unfortunately, Minis were so badly built with such crappy metal, they rusted away far too quickly

I had my eye on a blue Paul Smith mini a while back. Black leather special edition one. Unfortunately they are still fetching 3 grand plus for a 1998 model!
