Oldest Scorpio

My mind wanders when work is boring and I was just thinking what the oldest on the road Scorpio is?
My 2.0 16v was first registered 20 April 1995 and has just passed MOT again. Anybody got an older one still running?

I have an October 94 built 24v registered December 94
Your April registered car may well have an earlier build date

Digits 11 and 12 on the VIN number.
RR=Oct 94,RA=Nov 94,RG=Dec 94,SC=Jan 95,SK=Feb 95,SD= Mar 95,SE=Apr 95.

Many thanks Gozz, mine is SK (Feb 95) but who knows, a year from now when next due for MOT it may well be the oldest (and if not I could at least be in the running for oldest driver  )

My Scorpio Cosworth Est, although not "technically" running at the moment, but is stil Taxed, MOT'd and insured, was first registered on 25/11/1994, and the build date according to the VIN is RB (digits 11 & 12)
but RB isn't listed above. Does this mean my car doesn't exist??

checked your reg on microcat and it doesnt exist 
probably had a personal plate and been changed at some point, its not an original Scorpio reg

Highlander, I think it did have aplate change at some stage in it's life.
I've PM'd you the VIN number and engine number in full, as it is on the V5.

Hi,
My 24v estates 11&12 digits are RA showing as Nov 94, She's done 130,000miles and going very strong and in good condition body and mechanically, should run for many more years to come hopefully.
