pleased to report that my beloved scorpio (96 cossie estate) sailed through its m.o.t today with no advisorys at all 
was pretty confident anyway but being completely non mechanical (i know how to drive and thats about it  )
can never be 100% sure if anything is wrong that i dont know about !!
but no worries , happy days

nervous aint the word !! its not so much the fact it could fail , its the poncing about getting whatever it is fixed then taking it for a re-test and of course the money involved !!but i suppose that the fun of owning an older motor
so to say im well chuffed is an understatment

btw , unbelivabley i racked 13.000 miles last year!!!!!
i reckon someone must be taking my car out of a night while im working , cos i sure as hell dont remember clocking up that many
