Phone problem

I don't know if anyone can help but here's my problem.
My old mobile started playing up and I was given a brand new Nokia 2626.
It's a smart looking phone but a bit limited on features i.e. No camera, bluetooth or cable facility.
I want to install my own wallpaper/ringtones etc. but without bluetooth or cable connectivity I'm not sure if it can be done.
Is there a file storage website I can upload pics and/or music to that will then enable me to download them to the phone via WAP?
If you know of one or have another way of achieving this then please let me know.
Thanks,
Mark

YES is the short answer... If you sign up to hotmail and windows live they give you 25GB of storage or even your own ISP I think you are with NTL if so look at this it might help http://www.virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia/webspace/

Tried to download from my Skydrive.
After roughly 4 days inputting the web address where the file is stored all I got was a page titled error with the word Sorry in the top left corner. Sweet!

Have since found a website that allows you upload your file to their server and then gives you a download code that you put into your phone.
Easy peasy huh? It's called cellgrab.com.
Only downside is files allowed have to be a max size of 2mb and download speed is a bit on the lean side. Then again that might just be the phone itself.
Important thing is it worked so now I can have my sad old house tunes as ringtones, no wires needed.

Thanks for your help
