my wife bought some colour coded dust caps for my scorpio, but now i cant get the front ones off back ones came off no problem , any ideas how to get them off ? they are just screw on , no little alan keys or anything like that

sounds as though they have rusted/bonded themselves to the valve stems ... pair of mole grips or similar...should do the trick otherwise its off the the tyre depot and have new valves put in ! Shouldn't have happened over week/ two weeks between pressure checks.

hi there metal dust caps are a pain. if you want to use them, you need to fit them with Vaseline or copper grease. i only use them for shows, then take them back of again. hth
