Just out of curiosity I had a look on the below website to see how much my Scorpio was worth, wish I hadn't bothered......£175 Shocked  
 
Think I'd get more if I weighed it in.

8 years ago 2/3 of the stock market listed companies in Finland traded below the value of (all sellable assets - all debt)...  
 
But quite stupid to sell to them, take out the engine and autobox and you will get many times more cash.

We had a 53 plate A3 at work which came to the end of it's lease agreement. Webuyanycar.com actually gave us more than the balloon payment so we made a few quid selling it to them. About £800 difference iirc.
Only down side is you have to take it to one of their dealers. Luckily for us there is one in Peterborough.
Oh, and of course the fact that they give you sod all for anything over 5 years old.
Tried it for my old MK2 Granada a few years ago and I think they offered £75.
