Is there anyway I can upload pics of cars or interesting bits on these forums? I have had a look about, but found no-way! I'm not a complete idiot with PC's, just a wee bit slow like a Mk1 Escort 1100!

Best way is to use an image hosting site like Photobucket or Tinypic etc.

You need to host them somewhere like:
http://photobucket.com/
(I now use imgur.com since photobucket started charging)
Then paste the link between 2 bracketed img as in the picture
Using the reply at the bottom of the messages rather than the quick reply gives you more options.
Press the button arrowed and paste the link between the brackets that appear.
You also get a preview button so you can test if you’ve got it right before posting
