Why do birds use my car for target practice?

Am I the only one this happens to?

I have a telegraph pole outside my house and on a normal day no bird muck is anywhere on the tarmac.

But if I park beside it you can guarantee my car will be speckled by the feathered rodents in the morning.

I wouldn't mind so much if the birds roosted there normally but they don't or the floor would be plastered when the car is not there.

Birds sit on the telegraph wire, hot air from your car rises and they get comfy, they settle in for the night and just before they nod off....... Grin

I park my car under a telegragh pole, and i have to say that when i used have an astra estate the birds used the car as a toilet, every day it was covered in droppings. But since iv'e had the scorpio there has not been a lot of dirty business, just a little. Maybe the pidgeons have something against Vauxhalls....

If you'd ever seen his car covered in bird .....    you'd know it definitely WAS the feathered type. Probably low flying seagulls!. Roll Eyes

It's gonna be worse than normal tonight. Thanks to people thinking their superminis need the same space as a normal car I've had to park under the tree.

For once I will be wishing for rain tonight.
