Hello i used to have a Granada MK 2, Very nice car and very comfortable. Anyway the indicators on it was silent when indicating, ( no tick tick tick tick ) and was wondering if you can get these silent indicators that will fit a scorpio or is there a way of making them silent.....

The tick is just the sound of the relay. Maybe the relay on the MK2 was encased in a sound proofing foam ........are you sure the indicators actually worked on your MK2 Why would you want silent indicators anyway ?......they let you know when a bulb has blown by clicking at double speed

| The only way I know of is........remove the relay and refer to an old edition of the highway code Example:

Can't say the same about the new Citroens (and many others for that matter). The relay is silent, but the sound is synthesized and loud and on top of all pretty annoying.

After checking my MK2 Haynes manual, it appears that the indicator/hazard relay is in the central fusebox in the engine compartment....... too far away to hear it clicking That explains why MK2 2.8 GhiaX Granadas used to fly by in the fast lane with the right hand indicator still flashing
