Thought I'd post a few pictures of the latest annoying fix I had to do. The washing machine bearing. Not that it is too relevant herein the forum, but here's an idea of the amount of work you need to do. Took me about 5 solid hours to do, was quoted 3 hours x 80 euro, parts 30 euro, so the alternative was fix or buy new.
So I decided to give it a try. As one can see, there is not much left on the frame.
The repair worked out nicely and I already test run it.

Stripped, now only the seal and the two bearings are left:
