Did you mean you're going into the shed on Friday or did you head in last night but won't reach the diff till Friday?  Grin

Did the diff flanges arrive yet?

I fitted another two 108's onto this 3.91 diff for you.

Not got a front diff for this one yet but still looking, no rush though, its taken me two years to get to this stage so I probably won't need it for another couple of years Grin

Ahhhh ye're a wee smasher so ye are  Wink

Anyway, offers there LOL if you need a front one.

Flanges arrived yesterday thanks, pm me to let me know post cost and I'll Paypal ya  Wink

I can finish building my Hybrid 4.27 LSD 7.5" Rear diff now  Grin Grin

Don't forget to buy a "Reyland" stiffener plate for the front diff, about 45 squid off EBay, but Reyland reckon they put 800 HP through them and haven't blown a front one up since fitting the plates.

The other thing I found is used front diffs always need at least one bearing and the backlash re setting  Wink

I've rebuilt both my 3.92 fronts and used Stiffener plates.

FWIW, and I know you're really busy, but I've done Sierra 2wd to 4WD 24V in 2 - 3 weekends Wink

Including wiring 'em  Wink

Cheers

I may be doing the support vehicle thing from Fort William to Inverness next month so if I can tie it in with that would be ideal!

Wee update but slightly off topic Smiley

the £200 estate I bought for spares on page 2 breezed through its MOT yesterday.

MOT inspector said he couldn't fault it on anything and its in better condition underneath than most of the cars coming in for their first MOT! Grin

Must be about due for someone to run into the back of it now then!
