Are those reversing sensors that are on the sides of the number plate any good ?

I've seen them in Halfords complete with number plate, I very nearly bought one but thought better of it until I could get feedback, hence the question

HOI.................. That is most certainly NOT a Granada 'sticker' on the back.   I was sick to bloody death of people calling the car a Granada, so put individual letters on the back 'Scorpio'.   Thanks for saying it's looking good, it really is a great car.

Yep they are after-market sensors on the plate, the Gal wanted them, and I put them on, saves the car getting 'dunted'.   They seem to do the trick.

Aye, the sensors are good, I got them from a mate who changed over to a Jag from an Omega.   The Jag had the sensors factory fitted, I asked for the Omega ones, and got them for a bottle of wine!

Ah, yes, the Towbar, must admit it has saved me from a cracked bumper or two.

I have a wide angle Fresnel Lens in the rear window of my estate (they don't work very well for the saloon) and it does help when reversing into a tight spot and also up to my trailer, hitch directly above the ball every time.
