It must have been when she rounded the bend on the slip road that it dawned on the driver of this little car that she was going in the wrong direction. Thundering up the ramp straight towards her was a huge articulated lorry. What happened next was captured in these startling images taken from the GPS camera system in the cab of a second lorry that was still on the main carriageway.
