Email received from FordPartsUk not intended for m

I have received an email from Trevor Porter dated 24th. December, 22.11 hours telling me that they are closed until the 3rd January and asking me to resubmit my enquiry after that date. The heading to the email is "Re - Scorpio 2 Litre".
I have had no reason to contact FordPartsUK for many months and my car is not a 2 litre.
The email is likely to be an automatic response to an enquiry and I am mystified as to how I can have been linked to a third party.
Maybe someone will rcognise their enquiry.

Id say its an automated email sent to everyone whos enquired in the past, nothing to worry about

As Matt says, it's most likely an automated e-mail,
Here's the one I received, although there was nothing in the header pointing a particular model.

If you are at all worried about ANY email you receive then just do NOT OPEN it and mark as junk and dump it in the bin.
If something is so important I am quite sure the company will be back in touch,
