Bury it under a load of concrete. Grin

All the parts of the 1928 MG MK IV Sports car were found in 1999 on a farm "carefully dismantled" and laid in the ground under two inches of concrete.

My Dad had an Excelsior two-stroke motorbike years ago and gave it to his brother-in-law in the sixties as a rebuild project. The brother-in-law took it apart, couldn't get it back together again, and gave it back in pieces to my Dad in an old sack. By this time there were small people living in his house (ie me etc) and he had no chance of putting all the bits together again, or even knowing if everything was still there. It was probably broken anyway to start with.
So when he laid a concrete base behind the garage, the bag o'bits went in there under the concrete. Anyone fancy a challenge....?
When I went over to Guernsey to look at a Scorpio estate the dealer there had one of these in his showroom, so the trip wasn't a complete waste of time. I took a photo but my Dad's lost his sight now, so he'll never see an Excelsior again. Don't think they were anything special, were they?

There are strange forces at work here. I didn't write 'broken' in the following sentence: 'It was probably broken anyway to start with'.
I used the 'knack....d' version. Spose it was the teacher editing my homework.....

Let's see if this gets altered.

No, its on the banned words list!!  Sorry not much you can do about it other than k n a c k e r e d!

and then some old person may take offence and alter it any way Grin

[quote author=Jeff link=board=OT;num=1338111590;start=0#1 date=05/27/12 at 11:03:36]My Dad had an Excelsior two-stroke motorbike years ago and gave it to his brother-in-law in the sixties as a rebuild project.

I had an Excelsior Talisman Twin in the late 50s it was a twin two stroke about 250cc and made a beautiful sound.
There were other similar machines of differing makes, but they used the Villiers two stroke twin '2T' engine, they never sounded quite the same as the Excelsior engine.
