Just reverse gently into a wall, you'll find the lugs that retain them crack, and they drop out nicely on their own...

Think you'll find they are broken, Gost. Done all mine one way or another. Bumper's too flexible I spose. Remember when bumpers were made of steel, and heavy with it??
