How much better is a 24v on fuel bills if converted to lpg? just seen one on ebay and wondering if it makes a big difference? Thanks

Just as a comparison Dan,my 2.3 limo does 19-20 mpg on gas, currently about 70p per litre, and 25-26 mpg on petrol, when you work it out there is a big cost saving,in addition to which the engine oil stays much cleaner.Presumably the 24v would be pro rata. GOZZ.

My 24v was converted for LPG (Did most of it myself!!) the savings were quite good although at the time the LPG was around the 49p a litre mark

To be honest Daniel, it wasn't great, but I decided to fit LPG after a trip to the South of France and back cost over £600.00 in petrol!!!
