Small engine with high interior spec. Not a lot of the lower engine ones had heated seats and leather, I'm not sure what the buttons are on the near-side? I guess it might have had a single name of some sort as well!

If you are referring to the button on the back seat sill it is for the reclining rear seats. there is one the other side as well The buttons on the nearside door arm rest are 1 The window up/down button the rest are blanks put there as the car was a right hand drive. the drivers door had both window buttons and the mirror adjust on a stalk with a button for selection.

Looks very nice Not many of these left now, been a while since I last saw one. Should be able to get it on classic insurance.

| Oh? I quite liked the old 2.0 ltr V4. I've got a mate in Malta with a Corsair has that engine and it starts/runs quite sweetly. Not great performance wise or very fuel economic, but I did a head-job on it, and put hardened valves in for un-leaded, and it's a nice wee engine!

Ah the much maligned V4,the engine that journalists loved to sneer at we are all aware of the odd timing gear failure usually the result of improper maintenance, after all Ford used timing gears since 1932 without dire consequences. From my own experience I drove Transit vans and minibuses with V4 engines, all over the country at a considerable rate of knots, never did I have a problem, neither did anyone known to me GOZZ.

No more details Baz other than the reg which I think was ODM 7E,from Flintshire. I am now only on the fringe of the dying trade, having parted with all but one of 'the carriages'
