Like Baz, I remember this car when looking for mine in 2001. Thought at the time it was rather pricey. However, it had still lost 10k in value at that time. Paul.

i can recall in about 2005-6 seeing an advert from a ford dealer for two unregistered petrol scorpios he had obviously been stuck with but at a time when top dollar for an excellent car was £3000 he was asking something like £11500 each and as i remember they were not six cylinder cars and definitely not diesels -maybe its one of those resurfaced

a point to remember is when they were built as anything built before 1997 will have the dreaded arnitel main loom that was degrading when it drove off the production line and by now the insulation is captive dust so an unregistered pre facelift could be worth about £250 for scrap
