Start of Prices Rising?

Hi all
Has anyone else noticed the prices of Granadas and Scorpios going up?
Apart from the one 2.9 estate on autotrader alot of the decent ones are over a grand or pushing 1500 quid now.
Might be the start of the rise in value maybe.
Also ive noticed a more low milage examples now. I guess they are the best ones that have survived.
