Easy transfer. problems

Hi guys, back again with a new PC! well new to me, now i'm having problems with transferring everything off my old pc to the new one, so Easy transfer, seemed the was to go, bought an 8 gig memory stick and copied everything to that, But the problem is after my lad spent all afternoon on it, is that somehow the new pc seems to be stuck as the old pc! anyone know if its possible to rename it? any advice please, good to be back! Bob
