E10 will be ok for all Scorpios.   However, the car wil run slightly warmer and get less mpg.   The higher octane fuels will remain for the time being, but you can bet your bum that the gov' will increase the price of it quite considerably.   The same with Diesel after Sept '23, it will sky-rocket in price when no more new diesel cars are available, it's all just a tax excuse to generate money for the gov' coffers.   Incidently, the ONLY high octane fuels worth putting in your car are properly treated ones from Shell (V-Power) and Esso, (Synergy).   Also if you can find Esso Synergy 'Blue-Label' , its Zero Ethanol.

cough up the extra for V power or Ultimate. its bad enough they have watered down petrol with 5% ethanol, now its up to 10% and it reduces the mpg. some of the guys on the mondeo forums have seen a noticeable drop in MPG. if you walked into a pub and the barman topped up your pint of beer with 10% plain water, but charged you for a full pint of beer would you complain?  Everyone is taking this so well and happily. I pay for a litre of petrol, thats what i expect!
