cdl problem

i lost my keys for my scorpio & ford needed me to take in one of my locks to get a new set of keys.they supplied keys & re-programmed them but now the doors will only lock with the keys but wont open.ive managed to get back in the car but i darent lock it.any ideas

apart from taking the lock back to them to rectify it, does the keys go into the steering lock, if so try and do the pos 2 three times for the remote to work.

Other than that all ford keys will lock your car, but not open it, they appear to have got it wrong. take it back!
