Rounded off HO2S

I've just managed to round off the nut section of the bank 2 precat HO2S whilst trying to change it. Socket was not located properly and I'd let the exhaust cool down to much whilst changing out bank 1 I'd guess. I'd guess the only option open is to extract the entire manufold? Any advice on how to break the manufold to CAT flange bolts out - they look pretty frozen.

Can you not get a pair of mole grips onto the sensor, rather than disturb the manifold.Sounds a bit crude I know, but you are obviuosly(?) changing the sensor. eddie

Sure am changing the sensors .. but the precat bank 2 HO2S is just off the flange so mole grips are out, there is only enough space for the special 22mm socket. Working with the manufold out will make the job possible but alot of extra work and expense to negate the saving I made on the two new sensors. As it's switching ok I might leave it for now, the bank 1 had gone CSD so had to be changed.
