the thingy in the garage my car was in has steamed cleand my engine yes it sounds good but all the fuses keep blowing i have look at the fuse box but cant see any water were should i be looking i hear that this a common fault on this tipe of car gone through about 12 fuses all ready  help

Have you tried the one under the battery?
 
Do you have a battery cover?

PS steam cleaners should not be used on the Scorpio - bad news, get the garage to repair!!!

random ones but all on the left side of the fuse box all lights just gone

AFAIK the fusebox has multiple layers under the fuses - maybe the short is there, maybe a hairdryer will help (leave over night as well).
 
I assume the fuses blow as soon as you turn the key, indicating the short is at the fusebox and not the component!

yes it must be the fuses i turn the key and pop nothing change them and ok for a while and then next time i start her up something else goes

Sounds like the dreaded water in the fuse box.
 
Get the hair dryer out and pray that that will qure you problem as daven suggested.

Underneath the fuse box check the drainage hole is not
blocked
