Heater blower running all the time.

Hi, Im running a 97 2.0 ultima and have a small prob with the heater blower, basically it's running at max all the time reguardless of the control knob position. I have tried reseting the climate control but this has had not effect, anybody seen this before or knows how to help. Cheers Rog.

Hi Rog lift the bonnett, near to the windscreen in the centre is a black box depends on what type fitted either one with 3 wire connections sticking out or one with a cover if its this lift the cover remove the 2 screws and lift out the h b c without the cover remove the 3 connections remove the 2 screws and lift out at an angle the h b c h t h ren

Hi Roger, its all happeneded before and all the ansers are on my ac pages at http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/acindex.htm the hbc is the achilies heel of the cc system but is a doddle to replace with the new modified version. Kind Regards Pete c
