I can't get my key to turn to start my engine.
I have 2 keys and the master RED ked but they all won't work.
I am on double yellows and have called the RAC  
Has anyone got any IdeasHuh?

I know this is going to sound a bit silly but is the steering lock on ? and maybe the power steering has pulled the steering to one side after the engine had stopped.
Try pulling the steering wheel one way or the other while turning the key. It may take a bit of pulling mind.
Hope this gets you out of it.

Does the key turn at all - or has the barrel seized

This happened to mine mate .as a get me home i took off the under cowling and uncliped the switch off the back of the barrel then turned key too position 2 and stuck a small piece of wire in the little hole in the top of the barrel casing then i removed the barrel and started it with a scewdriver!

New barrels(if it is that and it sounds like it) buy the way are around £20 quid and they can be set to fit your existing keys ,although you may have to get new one's too!

Thanks everyone. Being towed to garage. Barrel broken. £20 sounds good to me. bloody RAC man broke one of my keys though.
