I have just had my head under the bonnet of my 24v Scorpio again and have been checking the condition of the cables tied to the car in front of the radiator and I have noticed that I have 2 entirely different Multi-plug halves that are not connected to anything and obviously do not connect to each other - Is this normal? My Scorp is a never-ending puzzle to me.

As Snoopy says, this appears to be quite normal so I wouldn't worry too much about it. I certainly have the same unused connectors right where you say - in front of the rad (or air con rad). Paul
