Yes its really quite straight forward BUT you do need a brake wind back tool in order to get the pistons back into place as they unscrew as wear takes place..... You cannot do it with out...just like anyother disc brake really .. takes about 15mins per side.....

Hve a look here it might help

Hi Kenboy

You can get one of these Caliper wind Back tool from Halfords
mine cost me about £20 a couple of year's ago now. May give you some idea of how much it will cost. Like Snoopy said you cann't do the job without one. and it alway's a handy piece of kit for your tool collection.

Ken,
You could manage without the Piston Retractor - but it can be a struggle.
Here are my two tools - the brake caliper allen key and the rear piston retractor - they are both very useful and save a lot of time.

Blimey ! I tried to insert an image and it worked  Shocked

Hi Just an update I renewed rear brake pads and as you suggested it was fairly straight forward the only thing that threw me for a moment was that a 7mm allen key was required but on this model not the case instead a 15mil socket but apart from that all ok and may I take this opportunity to thank all for there advice just one thing since doing this job the handbrake appears to travel a little further than before, any suggestions.
The reason I changed the pads was that I was getting an irritating brake squeal but all ok now.

Many thanks Kenboy
