Nokia HF CARK-91 fitting

My company has supplied me with a car kit for my mobile and I'm reluctant to let one of the 'fitters' loose on the car as there seem to be very few mounting options on the Scorpio. Last time I had one fitted it left 8 screw holes in the side of the main console molding. Anybody found a better place to mount one of these kits or do I just get a five quid universal vent holder?

As you say, you could do the vent mount thing. Or how about this? http://www.dashmount.co.uk/Ford/71680.htm At least there'd be no holes when it gets removed. Paul

Its a shame they never spent a bit more cash, I have just fitted a nokia bluetooth kit in my saloon and an ericsson kit in my estate, no need to even take the phone out of my pocket, and both kits work wit my ericsson 800 and the wifes ericsson t610. Bluetooth is the way to go Nic

Tony I have my Nokia Cark attached as in the picture, with the control box on the transmission tunnel behind the radio/cd. No holes visible. Iain C
