Radio removal.

Have the removal keys, but cannot shift the radio. 97 ghiax. 7000 system. is there any retaining bolts at rear or does the unit need a bit of force to remove. Instructions if you please.

no retaining bolts,try this... put the keys in untill you hear the click,wiggle the keys a little,and whilst holding the keys slightly towards the door,try pulling then,sounds like the radio has never been removed before,mine was a bu**er the first time,does get easier though.. HTH craig..

No, there's no extra bolts - just the clips on each side. You might find its just stuck a bit. It can quite often be tight on your first time Give it a wiggle when attempting to pull it out.

It has been explained loads of times but dont forget to push both keys away fromeach other when you get them in, to push the catches in towards the radio. If you get it out you'll understand. Dont fotget to wiggle it a little bit! JJ
