FRONT NEARSIDE,ANNOYING RATTLE SOUNDS LIKE A LOOSE WHEEL TRIM,BUT I HAVE TAKEN THIS OFF SO NOT CAUSE. CAR HAS JUST UNDERGONE A FULL SERVICE AND MOT AND PASSED.I HAVE SPENT HOURS SHAKING HANDS WITH EVERY PART I CAN LAY MY HANDS ON UNDER THE CAR ANY IDEAS WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Could be the ceramic parts of the cat rattling inside the pipes. I had this on my red cosworth. When taken off, they had totally disintergrated. Might be worth checking, especially as you can't find any other areas which it could be Baz
