Ford Radio 6000Series - temp.sensor

I have temp.sensor connected to the radiodisplay - but after changing the startbattery the in-and outside temp. disappeared.
I have checked with the Ford dealer, but they say this connection does't function - but it was function before the batterychange at 108.0 MHz.
Anyone who can tip me - for the right tuning !
