Hi guy's , Since I bought my latest Scorp , it's had no cruse control working . It does not have TCS .(not fitted by Ford) I get absolutly no response from the "on" button . No light on dash I found no relay behind glove box . I bought a relay and fitted it . Result-head lights on when ignition is on but light switch in "off" position ! I did not drive the car , I removed the relay . All fine, still no C/C . I then read in a post that maybe non TCS cars don't have the relay So the million doller question ; Is there a fuse that covers C/C? (no mention in hand book) Any help greatly appreciated Waders.

Found the fuse , main box #16, 7.5amp (thanks for wiring diagrams Daveb), in the owners book as "Electronics" . My fuse is fine (b***s). Is it time to look at black boxes, and any ideas where it is Thanks Waders

Hello Waders. Check once more how the cruise is working, it differs a bit from older models. There light on dash will not go on when You turn the system on, but turns on when you set the speed. (it light“s only when cruise have control of speed) If you get the light but still no control, check the throtle control lingage. Mmonster

Hi Mmonster , I will try playing with the buttons again as I get to drive to Hampshire from Barnet tomorrow . Mine is a late '95 model so I believe C/C light should come on when I hit the on button . Thanks Waders.

Hi Barry, The light only comes on when you set a speed - try turning it "on" then hit "+" & you should see it. Well, that's how I remember it working on mine... (which left the factory in December '94, need to start organising a 10th birthday party ) Cheers, Dave

Hi guys, I do indeed cruise with control! I think the zen of this site had more to do with it starting to work than anything I was doing with the buttons , may the force be with me always . Thanks Waders
