On a rear tyre could be a wheel bearing starting to act up, or take it around and get it four wheel tracked, not that it will need to get back wheels actually tracked but it could show up your problems. IS the pressure right. Is it sitting low on the rear. JJ

Would a worn suspension bush cause this I wonder - I think they often "go" being heavy cars, something to check maybe. Also if you had a problem in the past but then corrected it, the tyre will continue to wear oddly even though it is fixed! HTH
