Hello all together , I'm a Scorpio-Fan from German. Sorry but my English is not the best. My Problem: I've got a Scorpio '95 Cossi nearly full loaded as an ultima, but it hasn't got a Cruise Control. Pherhaps I'm rebuilding the Motor in the moment an so I've got the idea to build a orginal cruise control in it. Has anybody already make this? Kann I use (accept the switches in the Steering weel) parts from a older Scorpio or named Granada Mk3 in England? Thanks for all help! And sorry for the bad Engish

Hi Christian, welcome The Ultima spec included the cruise control for the UK market as standard however it was an add on option for Executive and Ghia models, it sounds like you have one of those trim levels or a reduced spec Ultima for the German market. Have a look at http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/specifications.htm I suspect that you will need to use the Ultima Wheel, but what wheel is currently fitted? If it was an Ultima build spec you should find that it was wired, but you may need to fit the cruise control unit under the bonnet and the speed control system cable. Have a look at page 3 in the pdf attached to this link. http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/manual/engines/dohc16v/DOHC16VRemeNG.pdf What engine do you have and what was originally fitted? Geoff
