according the knocking noise on my 2.3 ultima, i guess the drop links from the anti-roll bar to the struts need changing (bushes etc changed!). Does anyone know if these are available other than from a dealer at all, as i dont really want to pay what they're asking (even at factor/trade) prices!!!! Was quoted £60.00 trade for one front wheel bearing.....got a pair of struts from madmadscorpioman via ebay for £19.98 complete!!!!!! ........seems a nice bloke, see other postings. OK, i'm off to knock elsewhere now thanks all. mal.

Hi, recently replaced mine on 2.3 estate. very easy job. Got them from my local motor factors, Lloyds. Paid £14 each. Its amazing how loud the knocking noise can be! Only one was worn and that was minimal. Lovely and quiet now. Regards TaperOne

Hi there , Recently had both done , parts cost £30 . Sourced via trade motor factors . As you say the noise they make is quite loud . The difference is great . Strait forward job to do so good luck . Regards , Madd .
